I am a qualified Level 4 person centred counsellor offering sessions in person, online and telephone.

I believe that we are all capable of growth and change when we are given the space to unravel and be curious about ourselves, others and the world we inhabit. I offer a supportive and safe space for you to bring yourself, free of  judgment and pressure.

I am also a qualified Sandstory practitioner as well as an Artist. These practices can be integrated into our sessions if this were something that felt right for you. 

Sessions are £40 and 50 minutes long.

A limited amount of low income spaces are available, please let me know if this is something you’d like to discuss.
